By utilizing the services of Vegas Valley Evictions (including affiliated process servers), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
1. Authorization: Vegas Valley Evictions is authorized to perform the requested services in accordance with the terms outlined in this disclaimer.
2. Notice Service Hours: Notices will be served Monday through Friday between 9:00 AM and 11:59 PM, excluding state, federal, and court-appointed holidays. Service will be based on the information provided by the owner, property manager, or agent.
3. Accuracy of Information: The owner, property manager, or agent is responsible for ensuring that all provided information is accurate. Vegas Valley Evictions is not liable for any delays, errors, or issues resulting from incorrect information, regardless of language or interpretation.
4. Liability Release: All parties, including companies, owners, property managers, and agents, agree to hold Vegas Valley Evictions harmless from any legal issues, claims, or disputes arising from or following the provision of our services.
5. Payment Policy: Payment is due prior to service. Paid fees are non-refundable if services are canceled after the notice has been served. Additionally, if incorrect information was provided and the notice must be re-served, the ordering party is responsible for the additional cost.
