Authorization
Vegas Valley Evictions is authorized to perform the services requested by the owner, property manager, or authorized agent in accordance with this disclaimer.
Notice Service Hours
Notice service is performed Monday through Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 11:59 p.m., excluding state, federal, and court-recognized holidays. Service is based solely on the information provided by the owner, property manager, or authorized agent.
Accuracy of Information
The owner, property manager, or authorized agent is responsible for ensuring that all information provided is accurate and complete. Vegas Valley Evictions is not responsible for delays, errors, or issues resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or incorrect information, including issues related to language or interpretation.
Limitation of Liability / Hold Harmless
All parties, including owners, companies, property managers, and authorized agents, agree to hold Vegas Valley Evictions harmless from any claims, disputes, or legal issues arising from or related to the performance of the requested services.
Payment and Refund Policy
Payment is required prior to service. Fees are non-refundable once service has been initiated or completed. If incorrect information is provided and a notice must be re-served, the requesting party is responsible for all additional costs.Vegas Valley Evictions provides professional eviction-related services but does not guarantee specific outcomes in eviction proceedings or legal matters.
